Privacy policy
Last updated: [date]
First Look Research ("we") runs demand-research studies. This policy explains what we collect when you take part in a study and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately short.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you choose to join a study's early-access list.
- Your responses to a study (for example, whether an idea would be useful).
- Basic, anonymous usage data (such as a page view count) to measure interest. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
- To measure whether an idea has real demand.
- To let you know if a study you joined moves forward, and to offer you early access.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery and hosting), under confidentiality terms.
Keeping in touch, and opting out
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also opt out of all studies at any time, see Unsubscribe, or email us. When you opt out we stop contacting you and remove your address from our active lists.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will action it. Depending on where you live (for example the UK/EU under UK GDPR/GDPR, or California under the CCPA) you may have additional statutory rights, which we honour.
